Shipping policy

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

• A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

• Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancelled or changed. However, we will do our best to support your request.

 

PROCESSING

• It normally takes unto 3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

• It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our pre-order page for more detailed information. 

 

SHIPPING

• Shipment takes approximately 14-21 business days to reach destination countries.

• Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to your email address. 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

• Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
