I let myself have a really good soak in the tub for about 15 mins and the yard the Miracle Mitt. It was so satisfying to see how much dead skin peeled off. Afterwards my skin felt lovely and smooth. I think the trick is to stay in the bath or shower for awhile to prep your skin. I love how this makes my whole body feel so smooth and energised. I highly recommend.
